STITCH apparel is the perfect fit for all golfers. We even added an extra M/L size to make our sizing more specific. Please refer to our size guide on the product pages for info on sizing specifications. 

STITCH®'s Touring Fabric™ is a unique proprietary product. The fabric is designed with the strength of leather but is more durable, light weight and water-resistant. 

Our headcovers are designed to fit all modern clubs with an engineered fit to ensure the headcover stays on the club.

Our Putter Cover Sizing:

Our mallet putters are able to fit all sizes. If for some reason your cover does not fit we offer easy returns. 

We currently offer personalisation options on our golf bags. We do not offer personalisation on any other products at this time. If you are reaching out regarding an event order or wholesale order please email info@stitchgolf.co.uk

What you see on our site is what we have in stock. We do restock our items frequently, but typically if the item was previously on sale, we will not be getting it back in stock. If you reach out to us asking if an item will be back in stock and when, we will not be able to answer. If you are interested in a certain item, please be sure to sign up for the back in stock notification located on the product page. 

All sales are final on SALE items. Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. In stock items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Items must accompany proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.

We have recently had issues with FedEx tracking numbers saying delivered or stuck pending, when in reality the package is still in transit to the destination. We understand this can be confusing and apologise for the inconvenience. If you would, please allow a few more days for the package to arrive at your address.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.

Please allow time for processing AND time for shipping. Non-personalised items take between 3-5 business days to process, while personalised items take between 7-10 business days to process. Processing time is in addition to the shipping method you choose. Please allow processing time regardless of the shipping method you choose, that includes overnight. Once your order is processed in the amount of time stated above, it will then ship in the shipping method you choose. We currently offer a range of different shipping options to meet your needs. Please review these at checkout. Delivery times are subject to geographic location. 

If a coupon code is not working when you add it to your cart, it is because the item you have included is not eligible to be used with a coupon code. Any item that is marked down already and listed as marked down on our website cannot be combined with a coupon code – it is most likely on significant discount already.

Thank you for reaching out and for your recent purchase. We do not process exchanges and our records show that your purchase was a "final sale” item making it ineligible for return, as stated on our website. We appreciate your business and apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to make changes to existing orders and their shipping method as per our website.

 Please read the below statement from our website related to cancelling orders:

 “Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled within our system. If you are unhappy with an item in your order or changed your mind, please reach out to our customer support team and they will work with you to allow a return and refund you for your order. If the item was listed as final sale, it cannot be returned.”

 Furthermore, customized orders are not eligible for return. We will place a request to our production team to attempt to cancel the order. Currently, we are attempting to ship orders quickly as possible to get ahead of any delays that could happen in transit due to the different work stoppage recommendations issued from the CDC and Federal government.

Thank you for reaching out and for your inquiry. Currently, we are not shipping internationally. We are looking at the possibility of doing so in the future, but we do not intend on a return to international shipping within the next 6 months.
